Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while dedicating a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Active national board certification in Endocrinology Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience as an Endocrinologist Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider An active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state is required
