A company is looking for a Marketplace PPC & Performance Manager to oversee paid media strategies across various retail channels. Key Responsibilities Own and execute marketplace paid media strategy across multiple platforms Manage and optimize large budgets to achieve profitable growth and improve efficiency Develop reporting dashboards and insights to guide leadership decisions and optimize performance Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing PPC and retail media, particularly on Amazon Proven track record of managing over $1M in monthly spend while improving efficiency Fluency in key tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Walmart Connect, and various analytics platforms Understanding of platform-specific strategies and performance metrics Ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights
