Key Responsibilities : Manage BAU marketing operations in HubSpot, including lists, workflows, campaigns, landing pages, and forms Support the B2B Marketing team in campaign execution and monitor campaign performance Ensure GDPR compliance and document marketing operations processes Required Qualifications : 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or digital marketing roles Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including automation and campaign builds Knowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance Experience with A / B testing and campaign optimization Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
