A company is looking for a Marketing Ops AI Manager responsible for designing and optimizing AI-driven systems in marketing operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI strategies to enhance marketing operations and workflows Architect and optimize lead lifecycle processes and streamline campaign operations through automation Build AI-enhanced dashboards and analyze metrics to provide insights for marketing leaders Required Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related fields Strong understanding of MAP / CRM systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Hands-on experience with automation, workflow design, and data management Familiarity with AI tools and concepts, including generative AI and predictive modeling Proficiency with BI / reporting tools and basic SQL knowledge is a plus
