A company is looking for a Market Development Associate to support district-level revenue growth through targeted outreach and research. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on state-specific K-12 policies and maintain sales strategies in HubSpot Generate a pipeline by researching decision-makers and executing outbound campaigns Support conference execution and provide relevant prospect intelligence to Account Executives Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales development or outbound prospecting (SaaS or EdTech preferred) Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot Strong research and organizational skills Ability to manage high-volume outbound activity and meet performance goals Familiarity with the K-12 education market is a plus
