A company is looking for a Manufacturing Demand Planner. Key Responsibilities Develop and publish a rolling 18-month consensus demand plan for the Equipment and Gas business segment Execute statistical forecasting and maintain material demand forecasts within planning systems and ERP Collaborate with internal teams to generate a demand plan that meets revenue, margin, and customer service goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field Five to seven years of experience in Demand Planning activities Experience with advanced demand planning systems, preferably SAP APO or IBP Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) best practices Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business analytics tools like Tableau or PowerBI
