A company is looking for a Managing Director, Development. Key Responsibilities Oversee fundraising efforts to raise $6M annually through various revenue programs Lead multi-territory fundraising strategy and manage annual budgets to achieve KPIs Provide leadership and coaching to development staff while ensuring collaboration across teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8-10 years of relevant fundraising leadership) 7+ years of fundraising experience with at least 3 years in supervisory roles Proven success in managing multi-market or enterprise-level fundraising portfolios Advanced skills in CRM, analytics, and financial management Experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
