A company is looking for a Managing Director, Data Centers, Project & Development Services. Key Responsibilities Lead business development activities for the Data Practice Group and cultivate client relationships Support RFP responses and collaborate with resources to develop assignment solutions and pricing models Assist in operational models and strategic initiatives to enhance the Data Center Practice Group Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 15 to 20+ years of Design and Construction experience in the Data Center industry Knowledge of disciplined Project Management processes; Six Sigma desirable Experience managing Data Center projects of varying size and complexity Experience in supporting real estate transactions related to Data Center projects
