A company is looking for a Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM). Key Responsibilities Manage and support employees through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Implement IAM processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and operational needs Oversee identity lifecycle activities and administration of privileged access management tools Required Qualifications Proven leadership in IAM within a healthcare or highly regulated environment Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Health Informatics, or related field 5+ years of IAM or IT security experience, with prior leadership experience in healthcare Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks and hands-on experience with relevant technologies Deep understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST security frameworks
