A company is looking for a Manager, Development & Strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate commercial structures for customer partnerships and joint ventures Lead financial and strategic analysis for M&A, asset acquisitions, and divestitures Originate and evaluate new site opportunities for modular data centers Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, project finance, or strategy within energy, infrastructure, or data centers Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring Proven ability to manage complex deal processes from analysis through execution Curiosity about renewable energy and AI infrastructure MBA, CFA, or similar credential is a plus but not required
