Key Responsibilities Oversee all LMS activities, including curriculum management and reporting Conduct needs assessments and implement LMS improvements in collaboration with internal teams Manage external vendors and deliver LMS training as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Advanced knowledge of LearnShare LMS and e-Learning technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and technical troubleshooting Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
