A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager (RN). Key Responsibilities Manage and track clinical projects to support strategic objectives with provider groups and hospital systems Analyze data and develop key interventions to support the Triple Aim, including creating work plans and policies Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and track progress of action plans Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher, or a Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or Business Administration Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in Louisiana or Compact licensure 5-7 years of experience in managed care, focusing on quality improvement or clinical operations At least 2 years of management experience Experience in project management and data analysis to drive outcomes
