A company is looking for a Director, Legal to lead their Americas commercial legal team. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of commercial legal attorneys, ensuring high-quality legal support Review and negotiate various agreements, including enterprise software licenses and SaaS agreements Provide practical legal guidance to support go-to-market activities and revenue growth across the Americas Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial legal roles, focusing on technology transactions Proven experience leading and managing a team of legal professionals Extensive experience with commercial contracting for on-premise software and SaaS agreements
