A company is looking for a Manager, Lending Program Performance (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and execution of innovative learning and development solutions for diverse partner and lender audiences Manage, coach, and mentor a remote instructional design and performance consulting team Develop and maintain learning assets, curricula, and best practices aligned with enterprise priorities Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership / Organization Development, Marketing, or a related field 7+ years of leadership experience in fostering teamwork and creating accountability Demonstrated knowledge of the credit union / financial services industry Three or more years of experience in a learning and development, training, or coaching environment Proven success in collaborating and influencing cross-functional groups on large projects
