A company is looking for an Enterprise Learning & Talent Development Consultant. Key Responsibilities Executes Learning & Talent Development programs to build associate skills and capabilities Aids alignment with business strategy through consultation and education activities Identifies business needs and coordinates programs across multiple business units Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources Current experience building skill profiles within a large financial institution is preferred Experience in leading skill strategy implementation across an organization is preferred Understanding of industry principles, practices, and development models is preferred
