A company is looking for a Freelance Leadership Development Facilitator in France. Key Responsibilities Facilitate leadership and selection / interviewing skills development programs using provided materials Conduct sessions for various audiences, including individual contributors and leaders at different levels Maintain communication with the account team before and after session delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's and / or advanced degree Fluency in both French and English 3+ years of experience in delivering training and leadership development courses Strong relationship management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
