A company is looking for a Lead Instructional Designer- E- Learning. Key Responsibilities Analyze learning needs and define instructional goals in collaboration with SMEs Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools Conduct quality assurance testing and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred) Experience in designing eLearning content and curriculum development Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and graphic design
