A company is looking for an ITSM Automation Engineer to develop automation workflows and optimize infrastructure tools. Key Responsibilities Build AI-enabled workflows and tools to enhance productivity and decision-making Collaborate with IT operations to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts to improve service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 5+ years of relevant experience Proven expertise in ITSM concepts and hands-on experience with related platforms Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and system integrations Familiarity with ITIL framework and CI / CD principles
