Key Responsibilities Create a software procurement strategy and playbook Develop and forecast annual financial and non-financial targets for the portfolio Provide subject matter expertise in digital healthcare and deliver benefits in sourcing and supplier management Required Qualifications Degree level qualification or equivalent experience IT procurement category experience in Digital Health, Software, and Technology Expertise in program leadership Understanding of multiple aspects of the procurement process and systems Strong knowledge base of healthcare digital technology and technical requirements
