A company is looking for an IT Manager - Engineering Tools Business Analysts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement Act as a primary liaison between Engineering and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and manage expectations Provide technical guidance to the Business Analyst team and oversee application administration, including license management and compliance Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT, or related role, with at least 2 years in a management position Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Tools and Applications Experience managing service ticket operations and COTS application licenses Project Management Professional certification is preferred
