A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to develop and deliver communications programs supporting technology service initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic communications around IT service offerings and projects Create and maintain communications deliverables across various digital channels Produce technical product documentation and manage communications plans to meet business objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree Experience in IT and / or higher education; cybersecurity communications experience is a plus Familiarity with graphic design tools and content management systems Experience with HTML, CSS, and online collaboration tools
