Key Responsibilities Lead the operational execution of the quarterly earnings process, ensuring accuracy and executive readiness of all deliverables Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data and strengthen IR materials while identifying emerging themes and investor concerns Conduct financial, competitive, and industry analysis to support leadership decision-making and manage investor events and engagements Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or related fields Demonstrated experience managing complex workflows and producing executive-level communication Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with valuation methodologies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with IR platforms and CRM systems is a plus Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
