A company is looking for a PMO Instructional Developer. Key Responsibilities Create engaging written materials and interactive learning solutions Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and review content Develop and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS) Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 4+ years' work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field Proficiency in virtual training delivery tools such as Articulate and Camtasia Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts Strong organizational and project management skills Experience with LMS maintenance and optimization
