A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 2. Key Responsibilities Handle escalated account and payer issues, including complex edits and appeals Assist in training staff and identifying process improvement opportunities Participate in meetings with payer representatives to enhance reimbursement and reduce denials Required Qualifications Proficient in Revenue Cycle Regional Representative 1 functions Experience with healthcare liens and workers' compensation reimbursement Knowledge of credit balance review and refund policies Ability to manage advanced level workqueues and correspondence Experience in training and educating staff for accuracy
