Key Responsibilities Support data integrity and perform system transactions related to HR programs Administer U.S. leave of absence and disability programs, coordinating with vendors Conduct audits of HR data and manage colleague queries through a central mailbox Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of human resource functions, including personnel administration and benefits Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize Working knowledge of employment / benefits legislation Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
