A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources to lead and innovate HR operational strategies. Key Responsibilities Guide the HR team in supporting leaders and employees around company policies and HR program administration Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations while identifying risks Oversee the company's immigration program and maintain data integrity in HR systems Required Qualifications Prior Human Resources Management experience 4-year college degree (BS / BA) in Business / Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies effectively Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects with a focus on results
