Key Responsibilities Support the development and administration of employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle events Guide recruitment efforts, manage job requisitions, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in HR / People Operations and office management Relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll technologies Self-motivated and data-driven with a high level of professionalism and discretion Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations
