Key Responsibilities Lead global change management, communication, and training strategies for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment across global and regional HR teams Design and deliver end-to-end training programs, including curriculum development and train-the-trainer models Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in change management and training for large-scale enterprise or HR system implementations Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technologies, and global operating models Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
