A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support compliance and privacy programs within the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs, policies, and procedures Support HIPAA and patient privacy initiatives, including risk assessments and audits Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate compliance and privacy impacts of initiatives Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, risk, or a related field Foundational knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Strong organizational and documentation skills
