Key Responsibilities Implement quality measures, risk adjustment models, and metrics for datasets from clients Develop and maintain high-quality data models and risk adjustment score calculators Build scalable ELT pipelines and business intelligence dashboards while applying data quality checks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or related field; master's degree preferred Expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL, with a focus on Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Knowledge of software engineering practices and full software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with large datasets and cloud-computing platforms, particularly Azure Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with database management systems like MongoDB or Microsoft SQL Server
