A company is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and expand its co-manufacturing network and manage all aspects of supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage co-manufacturing partnerships, ensuring performance across quality, service, cost, and delivery Develop and expand the external manufacturing network to support innovation and capacity needs Oversee production planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated operating plans Qualifications 7+ years of supply chain, external manufacturing, operations, or production experience, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing Proven success managing external / co-manufacturing and supplier relationships Experience in contract negotiation, costing, quality oversight, and production planning Strong understanding of supply chain systems and demand / supply planning Ability to operate strategically while remaining focused on execution in a scaling environment
