Key Responsibilities Manage pre-award and proposal development, including identifying funding opportunities and assisting faculty with proposal submissions Facilitate contracting processes and support budget negotiations for clinical trials and new award setups Oversee post-award management, including monitoring award progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 8 years of related work experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of related work experience Experience managing complex pre-award and post-award activities in an academic or medical research environment Strong knowledge of federal research regulations and common sponsor systems Experience with clinical trial startup processes and budget negotiations Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
