A company is looking for a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and enhance compliance and security measures. Key Responsibilities Define and manage Oracle Fusion ERP / HCM security model, roles, and privileges Conduct security audits, segregation of duties reviews, and ITGC testing Monitor system access, security incidents, and emerging threats Required Qualifications 7-10 years of IT security and identity management experience Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP / HCM security and role design Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.) Familiarity with compliance standards (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or IT
