Key Responsibilities Lead global recruitment and talent management processes tailored for international contexts Champion a mission- and values-driven culture, designing programs to foster belonging and collaboration Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices while managing employee relations and HR documentation Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Minimum 7 years' experience in a Human Resources role managing others Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-national organization supporting a global workforce Strong background in developing and implementing HR strategy across borders Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
