Key Responsibilities Lead clinical audits for provider medical records to assess performance and compile reports with clinical recommendations Conduct case reviews to evaluate clinical performance in the provider network and provide written summaries and recommendations Perform ongoing quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data, including service utilization and quality of care trends Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience Requires a current clinical license (LPN, RN, etc.) 3+ years of nursing or quality improvement experience
