A company is looking for a FVP, Relationship Manager to lead business development efforts within the Technology vertical. Key Responsibilities Lead complex deal negotiations throughout the documentation and funding stages of approved transactions Prepare reports, credit inquiries, and other special requests while conducting screening and structuring of new loan opportunities Draft and negotiate term sheets, execute complex transactions, and engage with customers to address information and concerns Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 15+ years of relevant experience Proven track record in originating and managing relationships within the technology sector Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills
