Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for reporting Ensure data integrity and compliance by working with data and security teams Provide training and documentation for end-users on reporting tools and processes Required Qualifications Proven experience in data analysis and business process documentation Hands-on experience with Operational and Finance Reporting tools Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) is a plus Insurance industry experience is highly desirable Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
