A company is looking for a Full Time ADA Accommodations Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Act as the central communication point for leave of absence programs among various stakeholders Oversee the daily workload of team members and ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards Provide training and support for team members while managing client relationships and strategic initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Registered Nurse required Minimum of 5 years' experience in leave of absence management or related fields Prior experience in client management and leave administration processes Strong knowledge of federal and state leave regulations and medical terminology
