Key Responsibilities Oversee daily workflows for payment posting, unassigned accounts, credit balance resolution, and reconciliation Lead and promote standardized payment posting and reconciliation processes across the organization Provide coaching, mentorship, and real-time support to staff to improve quality, productivity, and competency Required Qualifications 1+ years of supervision, team lead, or trainer experience within a financial services-related role High school diploma required Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills Experience with Nextech, Allscripts, HST, PayerPath, or similar PM / EHR systems preferred
