A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on performance metrics and forecasts Enhance management reporting by integrating financial and operational data Analyze trends to identify opportunities and communicate insights to leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field required Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial planning or analysis Experience using financial systems and advanced Excel skills FP&A or accounting background preferred Healthcare or related industry experience preferred
