A company is looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join their Financial Operations team. Key Responsibilities Process cash receipts, payouts, and maintain reconciliations while resolving discrepancies Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations Understanding of financial processes such as cash application and transaction reconciliation Experience with ERPs or financial platforms, particularly NetSuite Advanced spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
