Key Responsibilities Lead projects to enhance reimbursement and revenue cycle efficiency through analysis and reporting Manage large deliverables including recurring reports and analysis from the Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence department Collaborate with organizational members for audit preparation and provide complex Ad Hoc reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting / Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in healthcare finance and reporting, with strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience with EPIC billing system and Business Intelligence (BI) systems Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, and Power BI Familiarity with medical terminology and revenue cycle processes
