A company is looking for a Finance and Grants Administrator. Key Responsibilities Serve as the financial point of contact for assigned grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with funder requirements Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while tracking expenditures for grant-related activities Coordinate with program teams on invoicing and maintain accurate grant financial records Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in grants or financial administration, preferably with federal or foreign government grants Strong understanding of grant compliance and experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations Proficiency with accounting and grants management software Experience in the nonprofit sector or managing multi-year, restricted grants is preferred Collaborative working style and ability to build cross-departmental relationships
