A company is looking for a Field Support Chat Representative - Remote. Key Responsibilities Assist Field Service Professionals with account maintenance and equipment scheduling via chat Troubleshoot application issues and conduct pre-install and post-install surveys Document interactions and provide solutions to reduce call volume Required Qualifications High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent Availability to work Saturdays and complete 4 weeks of mandatory training with 100% attendance Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute Must provide own equipment meeting specified technical requirements Must have a quiet and private work environment
