Key Responsibilities Assess training needs and implement innovative delivery methods for sales teams Lead talent development programs and manage the onboarding process for new hires Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and manage external vendors for field development programs Required Qualifications BS / BA in a relevant subject area with 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in pharmaceutical sales Master's Degree in a relevant area with 4+ years of similar experience is acceptable Experience in a Sales Training role is highly preferred Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills Ability to assess learning needs and design innovative training solutions
