Key Responsibilities Provide front-line Service Desk support to internal users through various channels Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation Document incidents and maintain a knowledge base for future reference Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship and ability to work solely from U.S. soil Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience Basic knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP) Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems; knowledge of Linux is a plus Ability to lift 50 lbs
