A company is looking for an AVP, Executive Recruitment for the NC & GA Division. Key Responsibilities Lead the internal executive recruitment function for VP-level and above roles Develop and execute a proactive executive sourcing strategy aligned with organizational goals Manage full-cycle executive level searches, ensuring confidentiality and a high-touch candidate experience Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree required Typically requires 10 years of experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition Proven success in sourcing and placing senior leaders across diverse functions Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership competencies Experience managing confidential searches with C-suite stakeholders
