Key Responsibilities Design and lead a strategic communications programme focused on gender equality Build partnerships and mobilize funders to support narrative change initiatives Oversee team development and operational management to achieve strategic goals Required Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategic communications or movement-building Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives Strong background in partnership development and stakeholder engagement Experience in navigating political landscapes related to social or gender justice Outstanding English language skills; additional languages are a plus
