Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of the Office of the President and serve as the primary communication link between the President and the Board of Governors Manage communications, including drafting and editing reports, memos, and correspondence Plan and execute special events and projects for the President and Board, while managing the President's Office budget and operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution At least seven years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including support for executive-level administrators Five years of experience supporting governing bodies of nonprofit organizations Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
