A company is looking for a Manager of Equity and Inclusion to develop and manage equity and inclusion projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and assess equity and inclusion initiatives and training programs Manage and support Employee Network Groups, including training and data analysis Collect, analyze, and report on equity and inclusion data to evaluate project effectiveness Required Qualifications Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Public Health, Counseling, Education) 3-5 years of experience in equity and inclusion project management Knowledge of systemic structures affecting mental health disparities for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities Experience working with youth and young adults, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ Ability to collect and interpret data effectively
